I cared for my grandmother during her Alzheimer's struggle till she passed 15 yrs ago. Later I decided to make a career change and start work with memory care disease patients. I have since had several Alzheimer's and Dementia suffering patients of whom all had other underlying illnesses/disease such as Kidney Disease, Schizophrenia, Parkinson's Disease, and Cancers. I've worked with hospice and have experience seeing the patients to the end of life. I'm a certified caregiver and Med Tech for Assisted Living Facilities as well as a registered HCA in California. I believe when caring for the elderly especially with Dementia, its important to care for the whole person, not just the disease. I offer not just physical but emotional support for them as well as their families because to me, they suffer the disease as well. I speak some Spanish.

Natalie has gone above and beyond what's asked of her for our family. She is sensitive to everyone's needs and feelings as we have worked together to provide the best care for my mother-in-law. Natalie has been so helpful as my MIL's condition has progressed. She is creative as solving problems and provides multiple solutions when she can. She is good at communicating with all of us about my MIL's needs and other observations.
