About Natalie

I have four children of my own. Two teenagers and a set of twin preteens. I am very comfortable with special needs of a wide variety and have a lot of experience with autism spectrum disorders from mild to severe. Currently I work with developmentally disabled adults, teach classes at Davie Wellness Center four days a week ( Life skills, Health and Wellness Exploration, Reading for fun, and Arts and Crafts for Donation, and I love it. But my family needs are changing with my teenagers and I need to find a position that doesn't involve overtime and allows me time to drop off my kids in the morning to school. My parents pick them up so it allows me to work from 9-6:30 or so with some flexibility and as well Saturdays. Technically no one is ever overqualified for child care. There are new tricks to learn every day. I try to stay up on them. I utilize North Carolina Interventions behavior strategies and positive behavioral supports. ( My employment status must be on the books.)
