TL;DR: NATALIE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST OF THE BEST. She’s one of a kind, a PERFECT nanny and person in general, a true gem. Natalie was my son’s nanny from when he was around 4 months old to around 2 years old. So we had her through the baby phase as well as the toddler phase. I work from home, and am a VERY picky mom, when it comes to caring for my son. I never trust anyone with my son, and trusted Natalie on the first day. I was with Natalie and my son everyday, and she was PERFECT: sweet, caring, attentive, fun, energetic, smart, creative, flexible, RELIABLE… she played, cooked, took him to the playground, to classes…She NEVER missed a day, she was NEVER late, even on a snow storm day, she was there on time. She’s very open to your style of parenting and will adapt to whatever you’d like. My son hasn’t seen her in a year and he still asks about her…!!!!! In almost two years, after several other Nannies (we moved out of state), we still haven’t found someone as good as Natalie. Not even close. She became family to us, and you’ll be lucky to have her join yours.
