Natalie was an absolute God send for us. We suddenly found ourselves with my elderly Mother in Law living with us full time after she experienced a fall. She required 24/7 care. My husband and I interviewed several candidates on care.com and were instantly put at ease when we met with Natalie. We hired her to care for my MIL thru the week days while my husband and I worked. She was absolutely amazing from day one. She treated my MIL like she was her own family. She was always punctual and often early for shifts. I felt instantly at ease with her in our home. She provided amazing companionship to my MIL as well as excellent care of her assisting and performing her ADLs. My MIL was always clean and her hair combed and curled. She did light housekeeping for us and cooking for my MIL for breakfast and lunch. She kept my MIL room, bathroom, clothing, etc in excellent organized order and kept her laundry washed up. She truly became an asset we could not have done without her. When my MIL went onto hospice and became bedbound, Natalie was very flexible in her schedule coming to help me change and clean my MIL often on short notice. She was excellent at communication. I honestly can not say enough about her compassion and care. I KNOW she made a huge positive difference in the life of MIL in her last weeks of life. We will forever be grateful for finding this gem that is Natalie when we needed her most!
