I am a caring, energetic nanny! With a lot of understanding & compassion for children. My range of experience with children is from birth to age 16. I acquired that experience over time by being a nanny, a preschool teacher & a camp counselor. I have my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education. I also studied & familiar with Montessori & Reggio Emilia learning philosophies. I am patient & professional, with a child-centered philosophy of how children learn & grow. I believe it is especially important to be a positive role model. Still a child at heart, I prefer to interact and play activities with children. Multitasking & being organized come second nature to me. Driving record is clean. I have very high expectations of what a childcare provider must offer & I strive to be that!

Natalie has been our nanny for 3 years (kids are 4 and 2). She has exceeded every expectation and is the best childcare provider we have had. We trust her completely: she has our kids' safety top of mind, drives with them daily and is always careful. Natalie is kind, empathetic and endlessly patient. She understands how kids' brains work, has compassion for them and never loses her cool. Natalie is excellent at planning activities - she asks the kids what they want to do and goes out of her way to make it happen. Natalie is incredibly reliable, punctual and flexible. She communicates clearly and transparently, keeps consistent routines for the kids, figures out meals when nothing is in the fridge, helps with work beyond her responsibilities and leaves everything tidy. She has a ton of common sense and excellent judgment. She gets things done efficiently and makes it look easy. Our kids light up when she arrives each day. We will miss her dearly. Any family would be lucky to have her!
