About Natalie

Hi, I'm Natalie and I'm a nanny mom! I have a 20-month-old son that is loves other kids. I have over 10 years of childcare experience with a college education in child development and special education. For 5 years I worked as a registered behavioral technician while working with autistic children from ages 2-15. I then worked for Sacramento county office of education for 2 years. There worked with severely disabled children from kindergarten to young adults. During my time as a registered behavioral technician and working in the classroom, I learned how to create educational environments. My goal was to promote speech and follow individualized lesson plans. Becoming a parent myself, I have also learned how to organically educate through the natural environment around us. Being outside and learning through helping around the house is a priority for me to instill helpfulness while learning.
