I have worked for Massachusetts Association For The Blind as a case manager for adult clients with a broad range of mental and developmental disabilities implementing ADLS, Behavior and ISP plans. Transported clients to and from medical care. Planned and executed activities 2 years I worked For Human Service Options as a house manager for adults with a broad range of mental and developmental disabilities. Wrote Behavior and ISP plans and trained staff to implement plans. Was responsible for scheduling medical, dental and social appointments of clients. Created schedule and trained staff in all duties. 2 years I ran a family day care in my home for toddlers thru K while raising my own children I was a permanent Substitute Teacher at the David Mindess School in Ashland MA for 7 years. Grades K-6 Currently work as a phlebotomist for The American Red Cross. 10 years. Phlebotomy for all blood products as well as health history documentation. Retiring on 06/01/2018
