About Natalie

After working at Harbor's Edge Norfolk for 4 years I found an admiration for seniors. My grandmother passed at 59 years old so I didn't get the appreciation for seniors until I was an adult. I am finally hearing stories I've never heard and learning about a time with which I am not familiar. I see how lonely and dependent aging can be, and I hope someone shows me the same kindness when I'm in my golden years. Recently, I worked for a 91-year-old woman who lived with her adult daughter. I drove her to doctor appointments, went on walks, went to lunch, and did some home exercises to keep her busy through the day. One thing you should know about me is I am a military wife with two young kids. I also have a part time remote job as a bookkeeper. My schedule with them is very flexible which gives me a lot of free time. I'm hoping to use that time to bring happiness to someone else. My skills include listening, experience with seniors, ability to motivate.
