About Natalie

Hello! My name is Natalie, I'm 21, and I'm a psychology major at the University of Tampa. I'd describe my personality as optimistic, caring, and motivated. I enjoy working with kids because of their creativity, wit, and curiosity. I'm looking for a job that is fun while also teaching me lessons along the way. I started working with kids when I was 13, always taking care of the kids in our family up until now! I'm my spare time I like to read, go on walks, spend time with friends, and try new restaurants! One thing you should know about me is how much I value family. I also understand the trust families put into those who tend to their children. I am very open to critiques and believe open communication is key to success. My skills include getting kids involved in activities that excite them while also letting them be independent (age permitting). Also, understanding the concerns of the children and being as positive and adaptable as possible! Thanks!
