Aside from always being on time, reliable and 100% trustworthy, Natalie was a great addition to our household! While my own schedule between work and school was chaotic, Natalie added that sense of security to my day knowing that my kids would be picked up from school, homework would be done, they would be fed, taken to their after school activities when I couldn't do it, so that when I came home, I walked into serenity and a sense that I could rest my head for the next day instead of having to worry about things that weren't done. In addition, our pets were fed and taken care of. In short, Natalie took a lot of burden off my shoulders and allowed me to get on in life, while I hopefully did the same for her in terms of compensation and building a resume. We remain in touch to this day. I don't have the need for child care any longer, but if I did, I would hire her back in a minute. I highly recommend her to any family, no matter how busy the schedule or the household. She's wonderful!
