About Natalie

Hello! I am an elementary teacher who is looking to continue my passion of childcare and education throughout the summer! I am dedicated to caring for children while simultaneously encouraging learning experiences. Prior to becoming a 5th grade teacher, I worked in childcare for 6 years, giving me experience with children ranging from infants to teenagers. I'd describe my personality as sympathetic, trustworthy, and reliable I started working with kids in middle school with consistent babysitting. I then began working at childcare centers as a junior in high school and continued until my teaching career began. In my spare time, I like to listen to country music, spend time with my family, and get outdoors. One thing you should know about me is I put the safety and happiness of all children above my own. My skills include providing children with engaging learning experiences, being a trustworthy/safe adult for children to confide in, & de-escalating behaviors.
