About Natalie

Hello! I am Natalie. I began caregiving at the age of 10 so I have about 14 years of babysitting experience. I am experienced with all age groups and any number of children. I have received CPR/First Aid Training and prevention of child abuse and neglect training. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in child and family development, as well as a master's in social work. I intend to become a children's therapist or school social worker/counselor. I have very extensive training and experience working with special needs including cognitive and developmental disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder and cerebral palsy. Additionally, I have experience with behavioral issues so my work revolves a lot around building rapport, practicing empathy and integrity, and improving interpersonal communication skills. I can help with light housekeeping, crafts, and a variety of activities with the kids! Also... I love love love pets!
