About Natalie

I am an experienced childcare giver with a passion for nurturing and supporting children of all ages. With over 25 years of dedicated experience, I have had the pleasure of working with newborns through 18-year-olds, providing them with a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. I have also had the opportunity to work with special needs children and seniors, offering compassionate assistance and companionship. Prior to childcare, I worked as a certified nursing assistant for 7 years in both VA and NC. During this time, I held contracts with the state and federal government, which allowed me to expand my knowledge and expertise in providing quality care to those in need. My goal as a childcare giver is to create a warm and nurturing atmosphere where children can grow, learn, and flourish. I believe in fostering their individual interests, promoting their development, and encouraging their creativity through various activities and age-appropriate educational experiences.
