About Natalie

Hello! I'm Natalie and I am a 22-year-old with a passion for leading children in behavioral development and learning. I have 10 years of experience working with children from the ages of 3-18. Additionally, I have a knack for working with Autistic children and kids with behavioral challenges. I bring to the table a therapeutic approach for improving and managing behaviors, which starts with getting to know who your child is. I believe that your child's behavior doesn't define them, but rather that their true identity is the blueprint for resolving behavioral challenges. I like to work with parents to help enforce their needs for their children (rules, household/educational tasks), while simultaneously encouraging each child's autonomy.
