Natalie is phenomenal! She has been nannying our (now) 2 year old for over a year and we couldn’t ask for a more loving, kind, dependable and committed person to take care of our daughter. Natalie is always going above and beyond to make sure our daughter is learning and growing. She does everything we ask - including following a wonderful daily routine. She tracks daily key aspects of our daughter’s day including meals, naps, etc. She has helped tackle all normal transitions like changes in naps, meal times and potty training with ease. She is always warm and loving to our daughter and shows her so much love while also holding appropriate developmental boundaries so our daughter is safe. We are a no TV home for our daughter and Natalie fills her day with walks outside, art projects, pretend play, music and dancing and even some toddler yoga! Natalie is always striving to learn more to be the best caregiver and teacher for our daughter. I appreciate that she is easy to talk to, reliable, and open minded. She has occasionally taken care of our 4 yr old son with our daughter and he loves her too. We have loved having Natalie and she will be greatly missed in our home. She is the best!
