I'm Natalie - a Nanny, Lamaze Childbirth Educator, Nutritionist, and Yoga Teacher with a heart-centered, holistic approach. I specialize in supporting children from early childhood through the teen years, focusing on emotional development, resilience, and curiosity. With over 11 years of experience, I bring a calm, grounded presence and deep respect for each child's unique needs. I hold both a BS in Nutrition and BA in Human Development UC Davis, am CPR certified, and have experience supporting neurodiverse children, including those with ASD, ADHD, and Sensory Processing Delays. I love weaving mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system support into daily rhythms. I'm happy to assist with routines, age-appropriate activities, and preparing healthy meals - always creating a supportive environment where children feel seen, safe, and celebrated.
