We are so lucky to have found her! Our kids absolutely adore her and she'll read the same book on repeat for as long as they want, does crafts, and plays with endless patience and energy. What sets her apart is how proactive she is: she follows instructions perfectly, asks how she can help, and anticipates needs before I even think to ask. She genuinely cares about our family.
