I have over 10 years of experience working with the aging populations, and I have considerable experience working with aging individuals with mental health and physical needs. I have worked in mental health and the helping fields for over 13 years, and I am passionate about supporting people live in a safe and joyful way. I am a certified Community Health Worker, Yoga Instructor, Peer Counselor, and coach. I previously owned my own organizing business and I enjoy helping others create environments that work for their needs. Outside of working, I love to be outdoors, dance, hike, swim, bike, read, play with my pups, and explore new trails. I am bilingual and I love meeting people from all over the world !
