Natalia cared for our 1-year-old daughter for about a year, and we couldn’t have asked for a better nanny. She was consistently punctual, dependable, respectful, and an excellent communicator with both our family and our child. She followed our instructions carefully, kept our daughter’s routine on track, and handled diaper changes and naps with patience and care. She was also wonderful at keeping our daughter engaged through books, crafts, and outdoor play. It was clear that she genuinely cared about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment! One of the things that stood out most was the relationship she built with our daughter. She was always excited to see Natalia, which gave us tremendous peace of mind knowing she was happy and well cared for while we were away. Natalia was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire year. We trusted her completely and always felt confident that our daughter was in great hands.
