I highly recommend our current nanny Natália L who has been with us for past 1 month. We recently moved to Philly and were in need of a short-term full-time nanny till our au pair arrives. I am a very hands-on first-time mom and it was very difficult for me to trust anyone with my newborn (2 month old) baby, but Natalia gained our trust very quickly. It's clear that she is experienced and is very comfortable around babies. Our baby can get a bit fussy, as most newborns and was also not sleeping well, so I was a bit worried about leaving her with a nanny. But Natalia quickly bonded with her, was able to soothe her and helped us put her on a sleep schedule and get her to finally nap in her bassinet- which was so awesome! She is so patient and kind with our daughter and has been very respectful with our family values. She is also so good at providing regular updates about what our daughter is doing during the day, which makes me feel so much better when I have to be away from home. Natalia also helped us beautifully organize her nursery and closet and offered many recommendations for ways to make our life with a newborn easier. She is just a wonderful person all around and we appreciate her presence in our family's life. We are sad to part with her but will most certainly be hiring her again in the future when needing extra help.
