About Natalia

Hi! I have around eight years of experience working with children in a variety of roles, including as a nanny, gymnastics coach, preschool teacher, and behavioral therapist working with preschool-aged children with autism. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree and am CPR certified. I'm patient, dependable, caring, and organized, and I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children. I strongly value education and love incorporating learning into everyday activities through reading, creative play, hands-on experiences, and opportunities to build new skills and independence. I value trust, consistency, and open communication with families and respect each family's individual routines and preferences. While most of my experience is in childcare, I'm open to expanding my work, learning new skills, and taking on additional responsibilities. I look forward to finding a family that is a great fit!
