Natalia was amazing! She was very communicative with us leading up to watching our kids, which immediately put us at ease. Our two kiddos warmed up to her so quickly, and you can tell she truly has a great way with children. This was our first time leaving our kids with someone other than friends or family, so we were definitely nervous, but she made the entire experience feel comfortable and stress-free. We cannot wait to have her back again!
