Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to caregiving. I strive to be patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly with everyone I work with. I understand the importance of earning trust when building connections with care recipients. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred method. I have a graduate degree. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I am comfortable with pets. I hope to bring my skills and dedication to your family.
