About Natalia

Natalia has been taking care of our son full time for the past several months, starting when he was about 13 months old, and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her as part of our family’s life. She has also occasionally cared for our 10-month-old niece and was just as wonderful with her. Natalia is sweet, warm, patient, and genuinely kind, and it’s obvious how much she cares about the children she looks after. Our son absolutely adores her—every time he sees her, he runs over to give her a huge hug. One of the things we appreciate most about Natalia is how fully she takes ownership of our son’s care. She prepares his meals, does his laundry, changes his sheets, keeps track of diapers and other necessities, and handles all of the little things that make such a difference for a family. We never have to micromanage or remind her—she is thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly dependable. She also puts so much energy into his development and making his days fun and engaging. She is constantly coming up with new activities, whether it’s taking him to the library for story time, suggesting art supplies and projects, or finding new things to teach him. At any given time, she seems to have a new skill she is working on with him, from sorting toys by color to learning what it means to wait and be patient. It has been wonderful watching him learn and grow with her. The only reason we are transitioning away from full-time care with Natalia is that our son is ready to start preschool. Otherwise, we would happily keep her forever! We love Natalia as a family, and she will absolutely continue to be part of our care team. We are already crossing our fingers that she’ll be available to help with our next little one when the time comes. We recommend Natalia wholeheartedly to any family looking for someone loving, trustworthy, proactive, and truly invested in their child. I can't think of anything that I would want from a Nanny that Natalia doesn't bring. Any family would be very lucky to have her.
