She was great with the kids when she did show up. But not dependable. She was a no show a couple of times and I gave her a second chance. She left me hanging. No call no show no response. Unprofessional...especially for someone on a site that I'm Paying monthly. Luckily she's the only sitter from Care.com who behaved this way.
