About Nariyah

My background in behavioral therapy allows me to approach caregiving with patience, structure, and a strong understanding of each child's individual needs. I am dependable, polished, and highly attentive. I maintain a calm, structured environment while still making time for creativity, fun, and meaningful connection. My experience working with children has strengthened my ability to support positive behavior, encourage communication skills, and help children feel safe and understood. I'd describe my personality as patient, attentive and dependable. I enjoy working with children because I genuinely value being part of their growth and development. Watching them learn new skills, build confidence, and express their personalities is incredibly rewarding. I started working with kids on the spectrum in August of 2025 but I've had experience babysitting since 2021. My top three childcare skills are behavior support and emotional regulation, structured engagement, and safety awareness.
