I have over seven years of childcare experience and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from Texas Tech University, where I combined hands-on childcare experience with evidence-based knowledge of child development. My background includes working with long-term families, including high-profile households, as well as supporting early learning through my experience at the Child Development Research Center (CDRC). I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can grow, explore, and thrive. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging independence, and providing dependable care tailored to each child's unique needs.
