We are writing to recommend Naomi C, who was our twins’ night nurse for the first five weeks of their lives (winter 2025). Beginning the night we brought the babies home from the hospital, Naomi was an invaluable resource and caring presence in our home. As overwhelmed first-time parents, we learned so much from Naomi. She taught us how to bathe the twins, gave us great advice on feeding, burping, and changing, helped us manage circumcision aftercare, reflux, diaper rash, and provided lactation support. Our twins, like most multiples, were small at birth (5 and 5.5 lbs), but by the time Naomi left us, they had each gained more than two pounds. 
 
Naomi is reliable, always on-time or early. She is friendly, a pleasure to be around, and so warm with children. Naomi is caring with parents too, making sure we were feeling good, ensuring we could sleep through the night (especially valuable during C-section recovery), and making sure my nutrition was rich enough to help with my milk production and supply. Even on her time off, and after her month with us was over, she was available to answer questions and share resources. 
 
We cannot recommend Naomi highly enough as a night nurse or Infant Specialist.

Naomi served as our much loved nanny for our daughter, and we would enthusiastically recommend her to any family lucky enough to work with her. She has helped us care for our daughter since she was 5 months old, and has proven her skill and knowledge around caring for babies and young toddlers. We hired Naomi C as our Babynurse when our daughter was 3 days old. She came highly recommended by a friend of the family who used her services prior. We were very nervous as new parents and upon meeting Naomi via Zoom we knew that she was the one, and that she would put our minds at ease, not to mention allow us to get some much needed sleep. When she met our baby, she didn’t disappoint. 
Naomi's responsibilities were:
Taking care of the umbilical cord, making sure there were no infections.
Maintaining logs of baby's schedule and moods and sharing with us about special problems that may arise.
Participate and understand the baby's needs and provide solutions or support when needed. 
Launder infant clothing and linen. 
Sterilize, clean, and prepare bottles. 
Feed and burp the baby and put her back to sleep. 
Soothe baby if the need arises.
Keep the nursery tidy and empty diaper containers as needed. 
Provide us with a list of suggested products needed for baby and nursery
Educate us on how to bathe and dress baby until we are completely confident in doing so on our own. 
Also to teach us all she knows about infant care.
Naomi followed the guidelines effortlessly as a true Professional would. She furnished us with lots of ideas, tips and all she knew about infants. There were a few issues/red flags that were observed by Naomi, which we would have missed if she was not with us, and she immediately had us to reach out to our daughter's pediatrician. We are glad she did, we were able to catch what could have been a medical problem in time. I will forever be grateful to her.

It was a great pleasure to have hired Naomi C. as a childcare provider for both of my kids.  A 3 and 6-month-old boys. Ms. C. as I like to call her is someone with over 20 years of experience dealing with children in a professional manner. She came to us in January of this year, but after a few months, the service was dissolved due to the pandemic. We love how Ms. C. interacts with the children. Her care included extensive and various playtime activities, bottle, and solid feeding taking daily walks, nap time routines, and light cleaning. She loves to sing, read, and making them smile. My wife and I were not only able to see her interaction with the children, but we also notice how happy and calm the children were and took to Ms. C., which puts our mind at ease.

Naomi cared for my 7 month-old for a couple of months as part of a nanny share, and would have been a longer term caregiver for us if not for the pandemic. She's very responsible and highly organized.  Naomi was good about communicating with us as needs arose, and was attentive to our requests regarding our baby's schedule, etc. She was always punctual, is very dependable, and takes pride in her work.

Hello, we are writing on behalf of our Nanny, Naomi C. Naomi has been with us since Late January 2020 as part of a nanny share with two infant boys, ours (3 months) and the other (6 months) at the start. Naomi was always on time - often early, enjoys reading, singing and playing with the babies. She is good about taking the boys out for a daily walk even if the weather isn't perfect. She is attentive and clean. She always leaves the home better than she found it. However due to covid19 we have to end this share but would love to see Naomi find a new share or single family!

Naomi worked with us from December 2019 till March 2020 6 nights a week taking care of our premature twin baby girls, who were a month old when she started. Her responsibilities included feeding, diapering and putting the babies back to sleep. She was always punctual and diligently cared for the babies. She was also knowledgeable on issues related to newborns such as gas issues / colds etc... and gave us helpful recommendations.

Naomi interviewed with us and spent some time with our baby girl. She is truly a gem! She is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and wonderful with children. She would make a lovely carer for any family. She has even offered us help and support finding a nanny that was more within our budget. HIRE HER, she is perfect!

As a working actress my shooting schedule is unpredictable and odd hours. Our current nanny had to go back to be with her family while we were shooting in NYC. Naomi's experience and energy with my son was what won me over. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, capable & kind. My son had a wonderful time playing and was happy with Naomi and took to her immediately. Especially since it was winter and they were hotel bound aside from the daily trip to the park. As a new parent I had no experience with a daycare or even a nanny.  I simply cannot say enough about Naomi and what she meant to our son and our entire family during the five years she worked with us.  Let me assure you that you would be hard-pressed to find a better candidate for employment. In the twelve years I've known Naomi, she has truly become a part of our family. She began watching my son at a very tender age of 11 months. She worked with us until he was 6 years old. She became a staple at our house ever since and still visit with us even though we have moved. 
Of Naomi's strengths-and there are many-flexibility, punctuality, and the ability to comply and follow our daily needs and wants of our son. She just as easily entertained our little one. She devotes her full attention to him and gave him exactly what was required. But don't mistake her careful attentiveness as an inability to juggle tasks.. This is obviously evidence of our deep trust in Naomi to care for our son.



Naomi has cared for our now 19-month old son since he was 3 months old. Nothing can accurately put into words what Naomi has meant to our family and the love and devotion she has given to our son. She is an extremely dedicated and caring individual who went above and beyond when taking care of our little boy. She took him to classes, initiated play dates, cared for him when he was sick, read and played with him, and cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner for him. She is a terrific cook and because of that, our son has developed great well-rounded eating habits. He has learned many wonderful, valuable skills while in her care. Naomi takes great pride in her work and she truly loves what she does. She has treated our son like her own, and though our needs have changed, she will be missed by all of us tremendously.
