About Nanette
Experience: 10 yrs
I have had my own daycare before and also worked in public schools in Special Education before moving to Colorado after my husband passed away in 2009. I worked in public preschools in Special Education since 2009 and eventually started working in a private preschool in 2013 for almost 10 years . Last August 2022 I retired and thought retirement would be fun , but since I'm a very very active senior I found retirement very boring, so since I have a great love for children this has kept me babysitting for my families of my past students . I still would like more hours in the day to fill my time , so I'm looking for the right family and would love to be a nanny for their children if I find the right fit !
Most recent review
Nanette is the best. I hired her to be with my toddler son. She is great with him. Nanette taught him a large vocabulary, cleaning up, potty training, and even other languages. She is always on time and is very communicative. While he napped, she would help out with chores. Her relationship with my son is so great he sees her as a family member. Her experience in daycare makes her great at child development knowledge. She never makes him cry and she is never on her phone. A true expert!
