From the very first day my husband and I hired Ms.Nandranie she was flexible, showed up early which was very impressive. Ms.Nandranie attention immediately went to my son upon her arrival and it was comforting and let me know where attention would lie during her time of care with him. Ms.Nandranie had great understanding of my needs as a new mother and met my every wish when comes to my 14month old. With our work schedule change she was able to meet them with no problem. She would send me hourly updates, with her updates she would attach videos and pictures! She put my boy on a consistent schedule and We're truly happy to have had our son in her care!
