Nancy is organized, reliable, personable and cared deeply for my parents and their needs. She read the care plan I created for my parents and offered to assist on the day of my dad's surgery, when she wasn't scheduled originally for that day. She took the initiative and I greatly appreciated that. She also communicated with me regularly via text message. She cooked meals for my parents to bring variety to their nutrition. All around great care and great person. We will miss her!
