Nancy reached out to me applying for a job I posted. We chatted on here and then scheduled a video call to interview. She confirmed the time and date for the video call. At the agreed time, I called with no answer from Nancy. I then sent a text message immediately after she didn't answer the call saying hello and that I had tried to call, asking if the agreed upon time was still okay. No call, no text, no message on Care from Nancy as to why I was "ghosted". Disappointed to not get a courtesy response back to say she was obviously no longer interested. I wouldn't want someone that can't be professional watching my child.
