Never have had a more horrific experience with a babysitter for my family than with Nancy. On her first day, she felt it professionally appropriate to critique my wife on how she interacts/doesn't spend enough time with my oldest daughter. We have 3 children (two of them being twin 1 year olds). My wife is very intentional with her time with our oldest and we follow the "gentle parenting" model. Nancy also expressed that she was so exhausted after one day of helping care for only 2 of 3 kids at a time. On the second day, she called/texted my wife and myself (while I'm at work) 45 mins before her shift to verbalize that she would need more time prior to coming to work. After keeping my wife on the phone for 30 minutes (while trying to get the kids ready on her own) she got to our house 1 hour late. Subsequently, she proceeded to tell my wife that she needed to parent differently. My wife was rightfully was upset about this yet again. After this unprofessional behavior, we had to fire her.
