Nancy was employed as a nanny for our family from September 2014. She provided excellent care for our two sons, currently ages 5 and 7. Nancy is a bilingual Spanish/English speaker, and at our request, she primarily spoke Spanish with both boys. Nancy always made sure our children were well cared for, and always took the initiative to develop fun activities to keep them busy and engaged. She spent a lot of one-on-one time with our now four-year-old while our older son was in school, and they always had so much fun together. The imaginative play that Nancy fostered in both boys was amazing! They built forts, pretended to be pirates, put on puppet shows. Nancy loves music and the boys were able to sing and dance daily. Nancy also organized arts and crafts, completed complex Lego sets. Nancy always cleaned up the kitchen upon arrival in the morning, did light vacuuming, and laundry. Nancy is an incredibly reliable and hardworking person. I highly recommend her!
