I highly recommend Nancy! She was my mother in laws primary lead caregiver for two years before her passing. Mom had MS with limited mobility, and dementia. Nancys care was truly exceptional. From the beginning, Nancy took charge in finding, organizing, and leading a team of caregivers for 24/7 care; creating schedules, maintaining communication, and ensuring everyone worked together seamlessly. She kept us informed with thorough verbal updates and written reports, giving our family complete confidence that Mom was receiving the best possible care. If another caregiver had an emergency or could not make a shift, Nancy was always willing to step in. She is incredibly reliable, conscientious, organized, and dependable. What set Nancy apart was the genuine love and compassion she showed my mother. She treated Mom with dignity. She had the perfect balance of being sweet and patient while also knowing when to be firm to keep Mom safe. Nancy found ways to bring Mom joy, often holding Mom close, dancing with her and singing her favorite songs; one of their favorite activities together. Nancys experience with MS was invaluable.
