Nancy was a wonderful care giver. She went above and beyond to accommodate my grandmother. We couldn't be there the way we would have liked to and Nancy really stepped up and provided exceptional care. I was impressed with her skills and how she was able to deal with my grandmother because she could be very difficult at times. Nancy had tremendous patience.
