About Nancy

Through my former experience working at a 5-Star nursing and rehabilitation facility on Cape Cod as a Life Enrichment provider, and as my mother's care giver throughout her long journey with Parkinson's disease, I learned many ways to assist people so they can happily remain living independently at any age or to recover from surgery safely and more quickly. I also offer Respite Care for family Care Givers. Seven years of experience and training in assisting people at many levels of physical and cognitive health. I have a positive, friendly and compassionate nature. I prepare meals to suit client's tastes and nutritional needs, chat, organize spaces to simplify daily activities, track and prompt medications, manage and/or drive to appointments and activities, implement Care Plans, run errands, assist with Mail and communicate well with family. I am an experienced chair yoga instructor, can assist with P/T exercises, games and cards, provide social interaction and care.
