Nancy watched our twins for the last few months. While she was on time and didnt call off, she texted 2 hours before end of the day and asked if their grandmother could watch them the following day as she took a new job. We found that very irresponsible and rude and a good idea of her character. During her time with us my kids stopped napping and she lacked the ability to discipline, since shes been gone they've gone back to being able to nap and seem calmer. No, I would recommend her.
