About Nancy

I'm a passionate and caring childcare professional with over 10 years of experience working closely with children of all ages through swim instruction. I currently teach lessons Monday-Friday evenings at the Westminster Natatorium and am looking for a morning childcare opportunity where I can bring that same level of care, patience, and attentiveness to a family's daily routine. Throughout my years working with children, I've developed strong relationships with both children and their families and am very comfortable communicating with parents, understanding individual needs, and working together to establish and meet goals and expectations. I'm also conversationally fluent in Spanish and would be happy to incorporate Spanish into a child's day or help them build their confidence and skills in the language. I'm dependable, energetic, patient, and genuinely invested in making a positive impact on the children I care for.
