I'm a Certified Caregiver as well as a certified professional housekeeper. I service Delaware and Maryland. I have 13 years of experience. I offer client- centered care. In addition to basic caregiving experience, I have experience with companionship, medication assistance/administering, doctor's appointments scheduling and transportation, Hoyer lift, bed baths and showering, feeding, dressing, shower chair, exercising, wheelchairs, urinary catheters, feeding tube, mobility transfers, dementia, paraplegic, and quadriplegic. I am patient and compassionate. I have a clean background and I am drug free. I don't smoke cigarettes. I am fully vaccinated. I have my own transportation. I am comfortable with pets and children. I am also an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer. I have additional experience in grocery shopping, meal prep, cooking, and errands. I am CPR/AED and first aid certified.
