Hello there! I'm an experienced & knowledgeable caregiver offering a wide range of services to support you and/or your loved one. I'm available for FT to PT hours. With over 20 years of elderly companion care experience, I'm well versed in transitioning adults from independent living to adjusting to their new physical capabilities. Holding a master's degree in Educational Psychology and a CSW license, I'm also experienced in psychiatric conditions and very conscientious with medication mngmnt. I value building strong relationships with those I care for. Additionally, I'm a highly experienced cook, specializing in healthy foods that promote good health and digestion while easily adapting to dietary restrictions. My experience has also prepared me to easily recognize hazards in the surrounding environment in order to take preventative measures. I strive to provide a sense of comfort, a steady and safe progression towards a recovery of capabilities, personalized activity schedules, etc.
