I'd describe my personality as happy, caring, always smiling I like caring for seniors because I love to get to know them. Listen to their life stories. I'm looking for a job that I can sit with the senior for companionship. Listen to their stories and give their caregivers a break . I started caring for seniors when I volunteered at Hope for Hospice as a companion. I then worked as the receptionist at several nursing homes over the past 10 years. In doing so I have bonded with the residents and done activities with them. In my spare time, I like to read thrillers and mysteries. I like watching professional tennis! I love to sing! One thing you should know about me is I genuinely care about seniors and love to learn about their backgrounds and life stories! My skills include connecting with people. I am not a licensed caregiver. I am someone who want to offer companionship to others and relief to their caregivers. I am CPR certified.
