I have done night shifts with them, and am able to effectively calm down children quite well with tantrums and such in a compassionate manner of course. She was awesome with my 12 year old. My daughter has autism and right off the bat Namrata was able to connect with her and have fun! I loved it. She's an excellent nanny.
