Hi there! I am 21 years old, but I have so much experience with kids! I started babysitting when I was 13 or 14, and I have always loved the idea of in-home care! I typically work with children with disabilities, behavioral needs, or medical needs between the ages of 2 and 10, but I have some experience with newborns and young adult care as well! I am currently a behavior specialist and special education teacher at Gabriel's Art Kids. I work with my students there in the mornings, but my afternoons are free! I have a bachelor's degree, and I am working toward an online master's degree in special education. I have experience with complex behavioral and medical needs. I have experience caring for children with epilepsy, rare genetic disorders, autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, emotional behavioral disorder, OCD, ODD, sensory processing-related disorders, and aggressive behavior. I know how to read, interpret, and follow therapy plans, IEPs, and medical care plans. Nothing scares me!
