We hired Nakia about 15 hours a week to help care for our 8 week old son. Nakia quickly adopted our routines and ways of caring for our baby. She was wonderful and supportive and ultimately gave me the confidence to step away for appointments, errands or just "me" time. Nakia is a true professional. She takes notes, listens and was sensitive to the things we wanted when it came to our baby's schedule. She also was able to suggest good ideas/alternatives when something wasn't working (sleeping, feeding etc.). Her experience was really comforting to me, especially in the early days with such a young baby. When I went back to work, our son went to daycare and we (sadly) no longer needed the extra 15 hours of care from Nakia.
