About Najalah

One thing families should know about me is that I genuinely care about the people I work with. I treat every person with the same patience, kindness, and respect that I would want for my own family. I'm dependable, attentive, and I always try to make the person I'm caring for feel comfortable, safe, and valued. I like caring for seniors because I discovered my passion for caregiving while caring for my grandfather. Being there for him and helping with his everyday needs was something that came naturally to me, and it gave me a sense of purpose knowing I could make his days a little easier and more comfortable. After he passed away, I realized how much caregiving truly meant to me and that I wanted to continue helping others in the same way. I'm looking for a consistent caregiving position where I can build a trusting relationship with the person and family I'm caring for. I'd love to work with someone who values compassion, reliability, patience, and good communication.
