Naiana has babysat for us a bunch of times. We have been very happy with her care! She is a calm, trustworthy, reliable and warm caregiver. She plans the day when she is here, taking my son out to the park or museum and pays attention to the kids energy level when choosing activities but also provides structure. She also teaches a bit while being with the children not just entertaining them. She has also watched a group of kids during a special event at my son’s school. She managed a larger group of kids well and maintained her calm demeanor throughout even with a group including some more challenging personalities.
