I am a calm, dependable, and highly experienced childcare professional with over 25 years of paid experience working with children and families in different countries and cultural settings. I have cared for children across a wide age range: From 1-16 yrs old and I adapt easily to each stage of development. I am fluent in both German and English and also offer German tutoring, supporting language development in a natural, engaging way. One thing that truly defines my approach is that I meet each child where they are: Emotionally, developmentally, and socially. I have experience working with neurodivergent children and value patience, observation, and flexibility in my care. I'm widely traveled, open-minded, and willing to travel with families if needed. I value clear communication, consistency, and building trusting relationships with both children and parents. I'm also very comfortable with pets of all kinds and happy to support households where animals are part of daily life.
