My top 3 skills are organization, listening, and creativity. Organization is very important to me. I rely on routine to help me finish those everyday tasks, and I genuinely believe that children thrive in consistent environments. Routine helps them feel comfortable, secure, and content. I'm also a great listener. This skill has always helped me problem solve and communicate with children, allowing them to express themselves and work on verbal communication. I've learned that kids are more likely to become strong and respectful listeners when I give them respect, time, and space to identify and talk through their emotions and feelings. The skill that has helped me the most is creative thinking. I love planning fun activities and finding new ways to keep kids engaged and entertained. Allowing children to express themselves creatively is a great way for them to learn and develop new skills.
