About Nadeshka

Hi! I'm Nadeshka, a PhD student in Neuroscience at Vanderbilt. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology and I'm bilingual (English and Spanish). • I have 2 years of experience working with school-age children (4-12 years old), including children with Autism and ADHD. • I also have experience with non-verbal children, as a big sister to a sibling with profound Autism, whom I adore. • I'm good with homework help and can incorporate some Spanish lessons to younger kids upon parents request. I have a car and can pick up from school, take kids to activities, and run basic errands. •I bring my background in psychology and neuroscience to how I approach childcare. Kids feel safe with structure and understanding, and that's what I try to create.
